Exploring possible future paths inside your organisation

Humanico is not just another tool leaders use behind the scenes.

Feel seen, be heard and grow faster.

1. A simple invite to get started

You receive an email invite to join Humanico and complete your profile. It takes just a few steps to share how you are feeling, what drives you, what you value, how you like to work and a globally validated strengths assessment. The built-in “get to know me” questions help you to describe yourself in a way that is useful for your manager and team to ‘get’ you.

2. Your Employee Portal

Once your profile is complete, you can see your own unique and personalised insights. It is a visual, easy to read view of strengths, preferences, values and engagement, with tailored insights to support self awareness and career journeys. It helps you put language around how you work best and where you might need more support.

3. Better conversations with managers

These insights do not sit in a report. They are used in real conversations such as one to ones, onboarding and development discussions. Managers can see how you work best and what motivates you, so you are better understood and supported every day at work, not just at review time.

4. Ongoing check ins as things evolve

As teams and roles change, Humanico evolves with you. Regular check-ins keep your profile current so support and action plans evolve with you rather than being a single moment in time. New data points, such as values and working preferences, can be refreshed as you grow.

Humanico is built for real people, not surveillance.

Employee data is protected, access is role based and insights are used to support you, not to catch you out.

Everyone understands why information is being captured, how it will be used and how it helps at work, so you can take ownership of how you work and grow.

Who can see my information?

Access is role based. Your manager and relevant leaders can see insights that help them support you, but Humanico is not an open file that everyone can browse.

Is this used to monitor or judge me?

Humanico is built to support people, not to catch them out. The focus is on better conversations about how you work, what you need and how you want to grow.
